Cracked bumper fix

My front bumper has this crack from the headlight washer to the edge, where the previous owner has clearly bumped something (the car doesn't have parking sensors):

It has also caused this panel gap on the wheel arch:

Knowing nothing about bodywork fixes, is this likely to be expensive, or would a new bumper be more cost effective? It's not loose or hanging, so I can live with it at the moment, however I would like to get it fixed. Cheers

Some one should be able to sort that for you for far less than the price of a new bumper. Painting it could be the most expensive part. £150-£250 all painted and fitted.

A man in a van should be able to repair the crack.

As for the gap, you may be able to fix it yourself. Push back the tongues in the bumper panel (that pop out when it's compressed at the front). If they hold the panel in, job done.

I know a guy, midlands based who can come out and do these kinds of repairs for £200-300 including plastic welding, filling, sanding and painting etc. All factory paints and a great finish.

Thanks all, your comments have eased the mind a little. I'll ask for quotes around my area (SE) in the region of a couple of hundred quid.

To repair that correctly it will need the bumper removing and plastic bonding from the rear of the damage .

Then repair on the shown surface and paint.

As for the gap, to me it looks like the bumper support guide has broken and allowing the side to sag. It’s a common issue

I would think there is 4 hours work there plus materials and bracket
