Coupe rear centre brake light replacement help required

Hi Guys,
I'm trying to find info on Coupe rear centre brake light replacement, only convertible videos on u tube, my main reason for asking is the trim inside the rear tailgate, does anyone have tips on how this is removed or fixed in place please. Thanks

Seems like Coupe centre brake light replacement is something from the twilight zone........never been done judging by the
