Hi all from a new zed coupe owner from Brissle. Bought a 3.0 si sport coupe on a 57 plate just before the new year, after leaving behind the luxury (?) of having a fully loaded E61 company car...
Took me an ages to make the plunge after looking at every conceivable option possible (e-class coupe, E92, 'roc', cayman etc...) but fell for the one below (from Sytners in High Wycombe). Every time I drive it I like it more and still just enjoy looking at it!
Decent spec; carbon black; zenons; sports auto box; prof sat nav (latest dvd just ordered); beige oregon leather (just ordered black rubber mats to avoid trashing the beige mats); bluetooth; auto-dim ext. mirrors; comfort pack; sun protection glass; heated seats and private reg (I am not a JLS fan by the way!). Next thing is ipod connector/usb interface (not sure what type) as used to the USB interface on the 5 and want something as close to this as possible. Also thinking about an upgraded sound system (recommendations on how to do this please) and maybe a snooper/road angel if new sat nav disk with speed cameras isn't up to much.
Insured with Admiral for an arm & a leg as have 9 points and only 1 year NCB.... but surprisingly it was only £200 more expensive than a 520d or the 2.0 TSI roc.
