Coupe looks like a cheap mans sports car?

I drive an 06 monaco blue coupe & I have just been out for a dinner party with some people from work, and one girl (she was french if that helps paint a picture, she also hates england) enjoyed expressing that she thought my car looked cheap, and said whats the point of buying a car which is half way inbetween a s**t car and a nice car...

can I get an amen from my fellow enthusiasts and say a unanimous f**k you to this girl, the z4 coup is a beauty, & a rare good looking sports car should not be slagged off!
 
Most people won't like the Z coupe and that's the beauty of it. She probably prefers an RR evoque like the rest of the masses.....

Can't blame her though, she is French after all and they don't like us Brits really. Although the Zed is a German , US built car...stupid cow :rofl:
 
She comes from a nation who created the renault espace. Ignore everything she says :lol:

For what it's worth, the Z4 is a bit of a marmite car for girls. Unsure why. I think it's because it has masculine features, whereas the likes of a porsche boxster is more rounded and feminine.

Nothing wrong with a blue 2006 E86 (even if Monaco may not be the best shade of blue). :rofl:

Yes, I have a mate in the trade who always tells me they haven't made a good French car yet! :lol:
 
Should have delicately asked for her choice of alternative 2 seater coupes offering same rwd power at similar pricepoint :oops: then after the short pause whilst the thought bubbles passed between her eyes simply walked away with a nonchalant V sign over the shoulder :D :)
 
On finance...

Perhaps you could politely ask why she bought the bottom of the range Audi just to get a badge when her budget could probably have bought something better.

What do you expect, she is french, just remind her in england arm pit hair is not really acceptable on a woman.
 
Just tell her the car is somehow a chick magnet.
She obviously doesnt know her cars but every woman is more willing if she has the feeling she's competing with other women...😁
