Just in case anyone is as daft as me, after 4 months of ownership I realised yesterday that the BMW badge on the boot of my coupe opens the boot and doubles as a handle. Maybe I should read the handbook! Still; it took me 3 years to find the steering wheel adjusts for reach as well as rake. Doh!
 
I figured the first to make that mistake would be an American. The roundel/hatch thing was done on the first 1-series hatchback (which we never got) over there, so I figured it was old hat across the pond.
 
Turning the steering wheel left and right makes the car change direction :)

Oh and if the cars got three pedals the pedal on the left is the clutch, it's used to change gear :D :P :D
