Took the car for an mot at the local council testing center. The first part was to check that the engine had oil...... as he couldnt find the dipstick he was then directed to the check button on the dash ... i pointed out that the cycle only works if the engine is hot (i had waited for 20 minutes) cant test it if we cant get a reading :| luckily it reported OK ..... never knew that they check the oil level
