Can't you just turn your monitor to greyscale

Go for grey, silver is very "flat".

Here's a quick stab, the silver isn't great. The poor image compression really isn't helping. I also made a bit of an edit to the headlight shape, trying to get something closer to whats underneath the stickers.

why photoshop and not just look at pics of actual 991's in silver/gray? or do you want to see it with that tire/rim combo?
