costs of aero skirts

what doe aero skirts cost over there in the uk ? i heard someone in holland say it would cost me 280 euro's a Piece at the dealer :o

so wanted to know if there is a place in the uk were i can buy them cheaper ( incl shipping to holland)

I cannot remember the numbers but there was a group buy on here not so long back. i can't fund it now but a bit of a search should do you. don't think it sounds too dissimilar in price.

you could also just try phoning a UK bmw dealer and asking for a price.
 
Try the bmw dealer soper of lincoln.

I got my unpainted skirts for £312 shipped back in oct last yr.

togheter i presume ? going to check the dutch dealer, but 280 a piece seems a lott for 2 pieces of plastic ( allthought 2 verry nice looking pieces of plastic)

if they are realy that expensive in the netherlands i'll order them from your adress !
 
thanx tom ! i don't need them painted as i have a paint shop verry close witch do a lott for my car, and with great satisfaction ! but without paint i'd come to 400 or so ?
 
have you tried ebay.de?

There was a dealer on there will all sorts of Z4 bits... with international shipping too.

Thats was £312 all in... postage shipping, for both sides :thumbsup:
 
You shouldn't be looking at any more than £350 for both sides and around £200 for them to be sprayed. :thumbsup:
 
thank you guys, looked at ebay.de, nothing on the moment i'll keep watching it, toghether with zroadster.com (allthough my german is not so good). found a complete aero pack for 898 euro's in holland. maybe i'll take that one and sell the front bumper.

but thanks to you both for helping me out !
 
It certainly isn't a cheap mod

But you can also sell them and recoup 70+% of the cost if you come to sell the Z and remove the aero skirts. Well as long as you keep your original skirts :)

i'm planning to keep all original part, i have the space to store them so there is no problem with that,

i knew it wasn't going be cheap but around 500 euro's for both ( unpainted) would be mad, as i can find ac schnitzer originals for around 700 euro's. but around 300 euro's is good enough i'll stetle for that price.

i've seen a aero diffuser second hand so that part wil come to probably.
 
ok visited the stealer, gonna cost me € 230 A PIECE unpainted :cry:

i'll try ebay and so on first, but if that doenst work i have to go to that ripp off place they call the dealer.
 
320 is the price from Soper bmw or in my case price matched by my local dealer. May have gone up since hn though as there was a bit of a run on them.

Yes. That price was with the 'forum discount' from Jamie at Soper BMW in Lincoln... the paint & fit was obviously at my local bodyshop
