Corsa C only blowing cold air

Hi all my wife's 2004 corsa 1.2sxi has developed a fault where it will only blow cold air from the heater no matter how hot the engine is running.

The car has coolant and doesn't appear to be losing any.
The thermostat appears to be working as it rises to just below the middle and sits there happily.
Appears to be no overheating etc.

Any thoughts? Only other thing we have noticed is the washer fluid seems to disappear very quickly...

+1 to this if all other checks are ok.

Check the 2 pipes where they go through the bulk head if one is warm and the other is cold then no circulation through the matrix.

I had to change the heater valve on my daughters Fiesta, she had no heat and when I checked it, I found one of the heater pipes was cold. Back flushed it with a hose pipe, but still didn't work. New valve sorted it
