Correct Tyre Pressures for Michelin Pilot Sport Run Flats

On the forum there was a recent post regarding tyre pressures for 18" Bridgestone Run Flats and quoted 33/36 PSI for the same size tyres as mine (225/40/18 and 255/35/18). The tyre pressure info sticker on my car reads 2.3/2.7 BAR which converts to 33/39 PSI?
 
Been running 33 (F) & 36 (R) with non-runflats (not RF's as u asked) but advise I heard was pressures were the same... no uneven wear to report on the front & can't see any excessive wear on the inside of the rears
