Nice car and great colour.
Do you know the car has an electronic dipstick? Wasn't sure if that was sarcasm.

Funny enough I've seen a few coupes round here recently.

Any photos to show off your pride and joy?

Where are you based? I haven't used mine much this year but try and get out in it at least once every two weeks. Assuming I can resist the temptation to go out and thrash the MX-5 that I bought recently :D

Oh they are such fun little things. Sold my sons the other day. Sad to see it go. :( We still have Mrs G's though. :D :driving:

As for Z4 Coupes Jamezee..

I spotted three in one trip to mid Cornwall and back last Saturday. Spotted even more Roadsters though. Common as muck around here when the son comes out. :D No G29's though still too pricey for these parts.

A Montego Blue Coupe is a great car!

We had a local meet a couple of weeks ago with 8 Z4s present and 5 of them were Coupes.

You just need to be in the right place at the right time.

Thanks for your replies, It seems there is a bit of a pattern re coupe ownership, I noticed when i was searching for one that most were in the southern climes :o I am up in the Peak district.

One more thing....where the hell is the spare wheel :?

Hey welcome to coupe ownership, love mine! Done nearly 45k in the last 5 years ownership. How much was the rocker gasket to do? And your new fog lights

I'm not so sure! Admittedly I found my 1st one in Portsmouth, but my 2nd was in Rugby and my 3rd was in Rutland.

I think they all just seem far away whenever you happen to be looking for one, regardless of where you are.

166 for the fog lights including vat and delivery, from memory I think the gasket was was about 150ish all in.

Yes this is a favourite game for the uninitiated,
Closely followed by a round of 'where's the dipstick'. I picked my car up one evening, by the time I was home it was dark. I spent 30 mins looking for the dipstick to check the oil level!

That seems to be a long-running coincidence!

Back in 2016 I bought my Montego Blue Coupe from forum member "james28" - and my middle name is James.

So we have the same username, and also the same make model and colour of car!!

How strange. My username dates back to my first midlife crisis in 2008 when i got the Z3 and joined the Roadster .net and then .org in 2011.
I still have the Z3. So thats a double midlife crisis and the 728 makes it ........something comfy to sit in LOL
