Coral red leather fades and cracks

my driver side seat left bohlster is cracking.
I went bmw service in Jan 24, in New Jersey. Service advisor told me that he got approved to order new seat for me, but it takes couple weeks to get here, because it is coming from Germany.
Now i just moved to California two weeks ago. It is really nice weather here, and i drive top down most of the time.
After a week later, my center console leather starting to fades. So I went to bmw service in CA today, technician looked at the seat and the center console, and told me it is not cover under warranty because its normal wear and tear and re dying the leather cost 250 dollars each part. So i told him that i don't even touch the center console part, and how is that normal wear and tear? Then I Told him the fading caused from the sun expose. Technician told me then it is not covered under warranty because it is no more wear and tear. If it is defected, he can replace the whole thing but he told me that this is not defected because it did not fade whole leather part.

So they denied to fix the seat and the center console under warranty. But when i bought a car i also bought paint and leather protection plan called zurich shield and wheel and tire protection from dealer, sales man told me if anything happend to the interior, they replace the whole part. If i spill soda on my seat, they replace the whole seat. And sales man told me i can use this plan any bmw service.

And here in CA, service advisor told me that interior warranty provider is different in his dealer, so i can't use this plan.
What should i do now? Any advice is appreciate

Not sure what you can do with the warranty stuff. But I used this product myself with near perfect results.

Look at this on eBay:

Tell them you tipped something over it, it faded and you want to claim on Zurich shield.

You need to contact the dealer that supplied the warranty - this day and age telephone and email its not too far ! The bozo telling you that hey dont handle the warranty is exactly that a bozo. The warranty will still be active and they will advise you who to contact in that state.
