FANTASTIC Dealership.
I had to travel a very long way to reach them, but it was worth while. I won't name the salesman, for his own privacy (email me if you go to the dealership and i'll let you know.) He was however, excellent. Funny, informative and sorted out all my gripes or worries in regards to buying an e89 Z4. I walked away feeling i'd struck a great deal, and he inturn got his commission on that deal. Who is going to argue with everyone walking away smiling?
This is the complete opposite of Dick Lovett Swindon who seemed to only want my cash, didn't listen to my requirements and didn't work at all hard with rapport building. I would never deal with Swindon BMW again, due to their arrogance and ignorace to my needs. Their agenda was the priority. I just can't wait for them to "ring-back" as promised in May, so I can give them this feedback in person! I must say, Cooper BMW Reading were also a little slack. They kept pushing for me to have a spec. I didn't want. Nothing like those bandits in Swindon though!
So back to Cooper Ipswich, the salesman first spoke to me at about 3pm on the Friday, I'd put a deposit and nailed the deal by 10am on the Saturday and signed all the papers the following day. They inturn arranged for the vehicle (which is 1yr old) to be delivered to my home in Berkshire.
