Hello!

I'm considering adding this to my next service as a precautionary measure more than anything, I know the radiator has been replaced at some point (Hella Behr brand with stickers showing a 2014 manufacture date) but no knowledge of the rest of the system.

I've read that Mahle Behr is OEM for thermostats, and can be had for £40 new. Water pump I was looking at one of the usual brands like Meyle, metal impellers and a simple design mean it should be spot on.

Pipes however, all I can see is cheap Chinese no brand ones or OEM. Anyone able to suggest any other brands or am I best ordering the 3 OEM parts from the dealer?

So to update this a bit, I've done some research and it seems Rein are the OEM for BMW. However, these only seem to be available in the US, although I can get the top hose delivered for around £45 through ebay. The bottom hose seems a lot less common, as I have the older style, pre 04/04 build with the temperature sensor near the thermostat, as opposed to post 04/04 that placed it at the radiator outlet. I'm assuming this means the loom is different, but also wondering if I could extend the wiring to reach?
