Coolant Hose removal Z4 / 03 / 2.5

Proud owner of 03/ Z4/ 2.5 My 1st 1.
Excited.
Doing the work myself.
Other than interior upgrades.
After replacing the Coolant reservoir.
I Found it had coolant leak. (Old Hoses)

Fix: Coolant Hoses under Intake Manifold.

I've removed the Manifold, and the plastic coolant hoses from there slots under Manifold, but cant seem to remove one of the plastic hoses from the rubber hose connected to it.
Any suggestions of safe removal?
