Not Z4 related but for those that like gadgets this looks cool ... strikes me it would look cool in the same place on the Z4

That's not too bad, not sure if it's too cluttered to read whilst driving but I've always wanted more data on the z4.

Looks cool but does it shout out to the OH exactly what speed I’m doing? She’s wee enough she can’t se the dash property from her seat, just knows when we’re going quicker than usual :wink:

I'm using Torque Pro on an android phone with a BT OBD dongle to give me live data for:

Coolant temp
GPS speed (I'm in Europe with a MPH primary tacho and bad eyesight)
Battery amps
RPM
time
temp
fuel used on trip

Would love to have oil temp live data but the E85 doesn't supply this via OBD. grr.

Don't always have it running but got into a sort of habit of monitoring live coolant temp data after trying to solve an over-cooling issue yonks ago.
Turned out to be a stat stuck open.

Around £450 - for Mini of course (although I bet functionally would work on a Z4).

This is on the passenger side though so really can’t see the point, unless you want your passenger to see everything.
