It definitely has a leak on the (Driver ) pump side , and it’s not at the pump because I have the pump pulled into the trunk with a white towel around it for leak detection.

My bet is that short lower pipe then.
You can unbolt the rear frame from that side (leave the 2 bolts in the other end), then pull back the b-pillar trim enough to see the loom running up the side and pop the retaining clips but leave it plugged in. Undo the two bolts holding the ram in place. Move the roof back slightly, manually, to create a bit of slack in the material, then pop the rear seal off. With a decent towel across the rear wing for protection you should now be able to lift that corner up and rest the bottom edge of the ram on the section of b-pillar just in front of it. The loom has enough slack in it to allow for this movement without having to disconnect it.
From there, it is easy to see the pipe.
Hopefully you can get a replacement easily.
The fun part is getting the odd-shaped seal back into position properly on the b-pillar.
If it's not the hydraulic lines leaking it's most likely the hinge that is leaking, at least it was on mine :headbang: . There is a place in Oregon that rebuilds the hinges and comes with a 3 year warranty. https://www.tophydraulics.com/
