Hi people
Hoping that someone may be able to assist.
I replaced the hydraulic drive motor of my Z4, as it was water affected.
Now with the new motor installed, I have lights on the operation switches on the console, but now neither the top lock motor or the main lift motor are operational and the fuse is ok.
Does anyone have any ideas to assist me.
Thanks in advance

Is the rear shelf in the down position?
+1 for this.
Also, if the shelf was removed/refitted, it may not have correctly engaged the microswitch.

Thanks guys...will check in the morning...
Where is the micro switch located? Just so I can see if it has engaged

Look at the front edge of the parcel shelf from underneath.
There's a slot running vertically down the forward bulkhead and a lug on the shelf fits into it.
The microswitch is simply a curved bit of metal sticking out into the slot.
If you can see it below the lug when the shelf is lowered then it's not located properly.

If it’s the parcel shelf causing the issue, then the LED on the switch will go orange when pressed

Here are pics of the shelf in the down & up positions showing the microswitch. Hope this helps
