Convertible Hydraulic Hose Configuration

Hello,

I'm in the process of replacing the boot-located hydraulic pump/motor (for the second time due to it getting damaged). The hydraulic lines and motors (old and new) I'm working with do not have the numbers listed. I remember that where the hydraulic lines connect on the pump, lines 14 and 12 are on the left, and 13 and 11 on the right, with the 11 and 12 lines connected "closer" to the pump, and 13 and 14 on top of those.

As my lines are not numbered, I'm hoping to figure out which hydraulic line # corresponds to which hinge and hinge port (i.e. #12 to the driver side hinge, upper port). Any help is appreciated!

Hi mate

Just had a look on the roof I’ve got off the breaker

12 and 14 are near side hinge (assuming you are in an RHD car) and 11/13 are offside

And from memory the order of the 12/14 or 11/13 when bolted on doesn’t matter when attaching to the pump

Most pump heads have 11/13 and 12/14 markings on the holes you bolt into
