08:30 start
09:45 arriving too early, so detoured via Ashbourne
10:15 Matlock McDonalds for breakfast
10:30 grab tyres
12:30 drop off tyres in Orrell
13:00 home in time for F1 final practice :P

Only place I got any real traffic (there was a tiny bit in Matlock) was on the A6 towards Stockport...due to roadworks and groups cyclists making their way to the front of the road works queue and then taking an age to move off again :x
