Today was the first time I was able to take my Z for a ride since ditching the runflats and mounting the Continental ECs. I'm very happy with the outcome. 
Car rides quieter and feels much less nervous. I haven't pushed it hard as far as the handling but it also feels positive so far. I'm glad I made the switch.........just hope I don't get a flat. I do now have a bottle of Slime, some tire plugs and tire plug tools, and an air pump. Hopefully enough to get me home if needed.
