Hello,

In my Z4 E89, my contacts are displayed as "LastName, FirstName" is it possible to change is to "FirstName LastName"

I'd like to know that too, but I think it is the way it comes from your phone.

I don't think that it comes from iPhone because on my wife's car (BMW 118d), the "FirstName LastName" is displayed.

Could be the iPhone. I changed from a Samsung Tocco to an iPhone at the weekend and my contacts look different now with the first and last names being reversed! :?

You can change the way it is in the iPhone in the settings menu. I'm going to change mine on the phone and see if it changes the way it looks in the car.

It's in Settings/Mail, Contacts, Calenders/

Look for the Contacts section. It gives options for Sort Order and Display Order. :wink:

I got the iPhone snap-in adaptor my Z4 the weekend. Works fine and charges the iPhone. Doesn't show up the iPod function on the screen but I haven't got the front USB port in the centre consul on mine (option) so I guess that would be linked with that.

Still, saves it from sitting in my pocket or getting thrown around the car!
