Console switches paint loss

Ok, I realise that this will have been covered before as it is an ugly problem (that annoys me no end). The switches for the heated seats/PDC/roof have lost some of the paint and I need to do something about it. I believe that the switch faces can be replaced individually, but does anyone have the part numbers please? Or, has a suitable fix been found that will no doubt be a lot cheaper than buying the faces from BMW maybe?

I lost the paint on just the roof down button and spent a load of time trying to resolve it, the full console is around £350 so I decided against that, then I tried to recreate the decal by colouring in the button with a black marker then using a 0.5 inch white pen but that looked too white compared to the other buttons so ultimately I ended up just colouring the button black and left it at that ..not ideal but looks better than it did

I don't believe you can replace the individual switches, its all one piece .. p/n 61319146645

I have been looking in to this in a big way and found a German forum that discussed this. It suggests that the switch faces are indeed replaceable. I had Mr. Google translate it:

As for being intrested in what is left of your switch pack, I would be very interested.... shame you don’t have the drivers heated seat switch, that is the one on mine that is the worst.

The problem is finding a cheap one that you can use if you're going to dismantle it. Otherwise its about £100 for a second hand one. Mostly the ones I've seen have the roof buttons worn off (as the current one on ebay for £90), so you might be lucky, but even those aren't cheap. I don't think mine would be any use to you as each button appear to be a different size/lights...

I got mine (in perfect condition) from lithuania on ebay for about £60, so I'd keep an eye out for one of those...
