So I have a 2011 45k miles z4 23i MSport

DSB, Heated Leather Cream Seats
Sat Nav
Basic Stereo system - 6 speakers ?
Manual
No remapping

Looking on autotrader seems the most similar car I can find is coming in at £13,495

I’ve got a new job that means I can cycle to work & wondered what people’s thoughts were about a selling price if I went down that route.

Cheer’s & obviously if I do decide to sell I’d post a way more comprehensive advert in the for sale thread with pics

Hi - I bought a 30i Z4 recently and did alot of nosing around - that does sound like it's pretty high unless you've got perfect service history? And even then, quite a few 23i's c£10k around from memory. Sorry...

Yeh - quick search on auto trader shows a bunch with similar miles & age for £9k - £10.5k.

Dealer sales look to be another £1k to £2k on top.

I sold mine which was a white 23i Highline M Sport - the dealer had that up at £11.5k and prob sold it for £11k

I think £13.5 is high but you can always come down but cant go up if you start low - but anything over £10.5 to £11k would be a good deal.

£10 - 11K maximum, depending on the condition etc. :(

45k miles is low but not low enough to make it a 'unicorn' and the price thereof, unfortunately.

Yours did have 30k more miles though Sean. Mileage is everything when it comes to dealer prices ATM.

Cheers guys, it’s pretty much what I figured - probably get somewhere in the region of 10k - 11.5k if I was lucky

At that price it’s probably not worth selling as I’m only likely to put another 5000 miles on the clock over the next couple of years now I’m only 5 miles from work & biking most sunny days - I figure that won’t affect the comparative price much with similar cars if I wanted to switch or the sale price if I just got rid in a couple of years time

I agree Pondy which is why Said 10.5K to 11k is reasonable for a private sale - mine sold around that via a dealer which accounts for the extra mileage, a dealer would be @ 13k plus based on miles and condition

Keep it as a weekend toy for high days

Try cycling to work in rain and freezing cold and dodging the you know who taxi drivers in Sutton, before selling car.

Reminds me following taxi in Sutton near the park late at night, taxis hub cap fell off and rolled along side car for some distance.
