Well,

I have been looking for a 35i / 35is for a while to upgrade from 23i and would appreciate any advice/guidance from current owners.
Mileage difference is substantial, red car is 2 owner full history and spec.

Have found this at BMW Solihull

https://usedcars.bmw.co.uk/vehicle/201906128933251?, appears to have no parking sensors!!! But otherwise very high spec.

Or this

Initially the red one looks a better buy with such a low mileage and price difference but you would need to have a good look at them both to determine condition etc. An extended warranty would be about £500 pa and definitely worth investing in imo. I know others on the Forum have different views re warranties. Good luck with your research and hopefully we will soon see some photos. of the outcome. :D

Definitely agree on taking out the warranty, I have just recently had £7K worth of work done on my Z which the warranty covered the cost of.

Thanks guys, yes I am a warranty Direct customer, had a clutch and DMF last year and a full valve gear rebuild with 24 new lifters this year!
Definately be doing the same with the next car, also got 3 months warranty left on my 23i which I can transfer to the new owner, should help the sale.
Just got the spec on the 35i and its complete, electric seats, high beam assist heated steering wheel and seats the lot, 35is has no parking sensors, which with my (french/italian) parking skills is a must have lol.
