After a bit of advice if you don't mind.
My CD changer has recently packed in. It's been temperamental ever since I bought my car 12 months ago.
I get the "no disc" message. In the past I've managed to get it working again by ejecting the magazine several times, playing about with by putting certain CDs in certain slots and leaving other empty etc. But it's not having any of it nowadays.
There was already an iPhone lead coming from the back of the stereo when I got the car, but it was for an earlier model iPhone so I have never used it...

Is it a case of removing that cable and replacing it with a new one, or are there any adaptors available to change it to an iPhone 6?
Also, if you connect a iPhone or MP3 player to your stereo, is it possible to skip/select tracks through the cars stereo controls, or do you have to do it via the connected device itself?
Thanks in advance
