Scubaregs said:Be careful if taking out a monthly service plan, if you sell the car whilst in credit and do not transfer the plan to another BMW, they will refund you your credit balance minus a £60 admin fee. As the service plan does not guarantee to cover the actual service costs, i.e. if costs are more than estimated, you are liable for the difference. Therefore you are as well just putting the monthly cost into a separate account of your own.
