Believe the airbag switch only came in on those built mid 2007 onwards

You're also missing the buttons for the roof. I'd get that looked at as a matter of urgency!

It was an optional extra as part of the 'serious driver' package.

Lighter too, as I don't have a superfluous button, switch and isofix hardware.

Yes, Sport button was definitely on the right in all my E86s.

Being 2006 cars none of them had the option to turn off the passenger airbag, so no airbag light either.

Those parts must be for an LHD car. Photo is my 2nd 3.0Si.

Yep I have the airbag light/hole on my 2006.. it's the isofix as stated above.
