might also want to try out these guys : PC Specialist they let you spec pretty much what you want and build it for you. Do not be tempted by anything from MESH - they used to be good but they have gone downhill in the last couple of years!

As for a Mac as far as I know not very good for gaming so would have to be windows based.
64 bit v 32 bit would my older games work on 64 bit?

You haven't looked at a Mac recently, have you? Intel chipsets and fast as crap. The new MacBooks have *2* different video chips so you can choose between faaaaaaaaaaaaaaast and battery conservation while you're on the road.
I'm upgrading from an old G4 PowerBook to one of the new ones. The old one has gone all over the country with me, been dropped on end from about 5 feet up and it's still going strong.
Actually Mac's would be a ton better for surfing Porn, as they have less vulnerabilities, and almost zero virus's/trojans out for the MAC osx.
The only reason Mac's aren't good for gaming nowadays is there simply isn't that many games for it. A good spec'd Mac using bootcamp will still perform as good if not better than any windows system.
Parallels is an awesome program, but I would NOT game using that.
My advice, buy a Mac Pro or Macbook Pro, put bootcamp on it and put a cracked version of Vista on it.
