Computer buffs, Whats this message?

I've just installed Windows 10 and frequently get a message come on the screen. I never got it till I did the install.
This is the message.


RunDLL
There was a problem starting

C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\System\SysMenu.dll

The specified module could not be found


Anyone know what it means and how to stop it appearing?
 
Have a look at this - it's for Windows 8.1 but the solution should be the same

I hate such messages. It is like pressing a big red button marked "Please mess up my PC". I think I had something similar once and I used Google to solve it. Such a long time ago, pre 10, I can not remember the solution. fiingers crossed for you.
