Complete retrofit xenon package

Cheers born, replied mate, if anyone can offer any advice it would be appreciated.

Can these lights be fitted to a pre-facelift 'halogen as standard' Z4?

If so I will sell them as a bargain to born, if not, I can't.

All I know at this point is they won't fit a pre-facelift with existing xenons.

(What I will is that at the price offered they make a very attractive clear headlight conversion, xenon or not)
 
I'm not sure. I think it involves a rewire.

They are straight swap for facelift headlights though.

These are still for sale, I've not got around to putting them on eBay but the car is going and I will obviously have absolutely no need for them. eBay at the weekend or come and make me an offer.

How much do these headlights on their own generally sell for? £200 a side?

If so I'll let the entire kit go for the price of just the headlights.
 
I am tempted, since one of the things I have trouble with is driving through country lanes at night - I can't see more than 5 metres ahead of me with my halogens!

EDIT: Also, just wanted to say that I'm on the Wirral too, Alex - so maybe helping with delivery costs :)

Not definitive answer other than it is possible but involves some fiddling with wires.

Whereabouts on the Wirral are you? What do you drive?
 
I'm in Birkenhead :) And I drive an 04 2.5i.

I think the project of fitting the Xenons might be way more involved than I realised, Alex :( But I wish you the best of luck in finding a buyer! :)

I'm not in the habit of saying hi to fellow Z owners as people around here don't seem to use the internet or forums and I just end up looking like a plonker.
 
I cannot believe these have not attracted more attention...

eBay tomorrow and I'll link you to them. I expect them to attract much more than what I've agreed to sell them for.
 
These have finally sold.

I lost about £200 by having them sit in my shed for a few weeks.

Such is life.

They'll look fantastic on your Alpina noor, I hope you have some cheap positive news on the wiring issues! If not then sell the bloody things seperately on eBay. Also, let us know how you get on with the AE's! :thumbsup:
 
Thanks Alex.

Ive not had chance to do anything with them yet. been too busy with work.

Got plenty of mods lined up in the garage for when i find the time. (Aero Skirts, KW's, Spacers, Limiter Kit, Headlights etc). Just been too busy with work at the moment and my Alpina is my DD at the moment so not making much progress with it.

Ill keep you posted once i get them sorted.
