Competition time!Who spends the most on fuel??

Ok, Fuel is going up again!! :headbang: So i thought i wud ask the question. Who spends the most on fuel in a year?? This must include the works commute, second car, the ZED bla blah. Give us you best guesstimate. This is a competition folks, not sure what the winner would get yet, but it might be nice to make comparisons and make some of us feel a little less aggrieved when we are emptying our pockets at Dick Turpins car cafe. :x
 
Guess I can't win. As I pay US prices for fuel in Europe. I would have to use double the fuel just to keep pace with you tax loving British. :poke:
 
Mine is in my signature and extremely accurate so no guessing for me. (although it is slightly depressing!)
 
This is a bit like golf... highest number loses :D

Happy to say it won't be me given some of the commutes people on here seem to do... doesn't make my fule spending any less painful
 
About 22,000 miles in the last 12 months, and about £5500 of super unleaded - and that's in my one & only vehicle.

25000 miles commute about £3000 (Yaris 50 mpg)

z4 and wife's car about another £3000.
Ah well, life's a bitch and then you die. :driving:
 
This is where being retired has its upside........during the winter I put about £20 a fortnight in the Z........... but during the summer I,m never out of the Z 8)
 
This kind of thing makes my arse twitch & my eyes water as it makes me equate how many days/weeks i work just to buy fuel for the household vehicles . .
Total spend is around £6500/year on fuel alone , that's for all 3 vehicles but does come from my earnings :o
factor in insurance/mot/service, repairs & £10k soon looms on the horizon . .scary stuff :cry:
 
about £650-£700 a year currently on my smart. Guess I'm not in the running to win this!

Well I did 8k in the Mini this year at 40mpg with unleaded

and 6k in the Z at 23mpg with super...

Cant be bothered to work it out and I dont want to know :cry:
 
I guess I am doing around 24,000/yr and my wife in her Honda CRV is around 12,000/yr. Guess at $3.50/fill-up, which I get better mileage than my wife now. Guess about 1560 gallons@$3.50=$5460 or 4095 euros at $1 to .75 euros.
