It's really good Andy, it was wrapped until a couple of weeks ago. I expect I'll be putting a few on it tho!
Nice one!-I ask because I saw a few that looked sandblasted at the front-I have picked up a few on my e93 :(

That's what happens when you drive them Andy.

Well picked up PVR. Personally I don't like that yellow, and it looks great in black anyway. But it's a great price at £18,000 and very low miles. A lot of car for the money.

Looks excellent.

I would recommend investing in an oil particulate test to ensure there is no metal present. Check out google for S65 rod bearing failure. It was the reason I came to the Z4 over the M3, which would have been more practical for me. Not trying to scare but going in with eyes open cant be a bad thing!

Good luck :driving:

Thanks for the heads up
I've got 12 months warranty on it and it's fitted with a magnetic oil filter so we'll see.

It's very stealth.
Look forward to a write up and your thoughts on it Carol once you've got a few miles under your belt.
I like the black steering wheel badge to continue with the Bat mobile theme :D

Thanks Tom! I must say I'm pleased so far. Got to suss the paddles tho, never had them before.

Wyldie, I loooove your profile pic  :)

Haha! Thanks! I was told that I had a fleeting resemblance to Mr J R M last weekend when I was in London (in a poorly lit Chinese restaurant)
Naturally, I'm going to run with that for as long as I possibly can.

Ah, it's a beastie! It's so fast you have to be careful with the right foot.
I've not gone through the book yet to find out what everything does, not had time but so far I've decided that I like the the flappy gear change, I've never had one before so wasn't sure.
It's got a 7 gear DCT and the gear change in full auto is smooth and quick.
It sits nicely on corners at pace and I've not felt any twitches yet but I've not pushed it tbh.
Interior is comfortable and the cockpit doesn't feel cramped in, typical bmw. I like having the extra seats in the back for a change!
It's got the professional sound system which is awesome.
The engine sounds incredible but unfortunately, I can't put the roof down to hear it
I don't like the wheels, they have to go at some point, or a colour change at least and the callipers need painting too. I really can't find much else to grumble about at this point.
I am missing the Boxster tho. The owner of the garage has kept it.
Testament to its awesomeness.

A bit late to the party but great choice - these have made it onto my radar recently. There'll never be another BM with an engine like it again.
