Hi All,
well, i didnt think i had the package on my car....? however today while chatting to a friend in a car-park, i inadvertently left my finger on the open/unlock button and the windows all went down...
perplexed.. i held the button down further, and low and behold the roof opened and stowed it's self....

now.. does this mean i do have comfort access fitted ? havent worked out if the roof will close from the remote yet though....
 
Sorry to dash ur hopes, but no.. All euro z4s can open the top using the unlock button. Check the manual ;)

To close it from the key you need CA, but you can use the physical key inside the fob to close the roof etc..
 
I've always wondered why they give you the function to open the top with the fob, but not close it. Some things just don't make sense.

You did see BMWs recent profit reports didnt you? :)

They make money because they charge extra for features that cost little or nothing to implement!
