16/ Come and see zee mad English man and his collection of BMW relics, I think you refer to him as a fruitcase.
Looks very nice Chris, so if we come over, do you have enough space to put us up, old friend, old buddy, old mate :D

Blimey, I'd forgot I even posted this
There's confirmation of my forum-gobshitishness right there!

And Fred, there's plenty of space in the shed at the bottom of my garden for you and family to stop. Not heated but there's a rainwater barrel for morning ablutions and you can help yourself to whatever's sprouted in the vegetable patch. Just don't touch my *kof*, special plants in the corner. They're for er, medicinal purposes...

We have planned to stay in Arnhem again this year but I think we will look next year!

Groovy! Make sure you get over to Posbank and the Hoge Veluwe parks if the great outdoors is your thing - 2 of my favourite places for biking/walking. Really stunning there.

I'll be near Utrecht this weekend - final rugby tour with my squad, U17s boys. We're playing Amersfoort on Saturday afternoon, and Hilversum on Sunday morning. Sadly we'll be on a coach, and probably too drunk to make it to Utrecht itself

Looks a lovely place though

Oh nice one! Good luck. Kick their arses! lol
Amersfoort was the first town I lived in when I first came over here in 2001. Sigh, happy days. It's also a lovely place - well the old part is at least!
Get down to Long John's Irish Bar in Amersfoort for a decent pint o' the black stuff. They do a wicked burger too. Just don't ask what kind of meat it is!
Looking forwards to Kings Day on Thursday for a right royal pi$$-up.... :D

For me Brugge is the weekend nip away. I lived in Den Haag and worked in Utrecht often (Europaplein). Utrecht is beautiful in many ways but from here weekends away ??? bit too far. Envy you also a little bit living there, wish I was. 8)

Here's where I live ... can't compete with Utrecht but it is pretty ... we live a mile up the road on the way to the mountains ... foothills of the Pyrenees.

I was working on what was Commerzbank"s building, not sure who owns it now. It"s the big one curved next to what was the fire station. I made all of the radius formwork on that project
