I like it, but times change and so does the popularity of certain colours.

You couldn't give Interlagos away in 2007 yet it now tops the favourite colours poll plus white and Sepang are rare (i.e. nobody wanted these colours new) yet score highly too.

I think that mileage, condition and sat nav will always prevail over colour.

There's a roadster on Autotrader in sepang at the moment - is that the one you are looking at ? I like the colour a lot, but all the ones I have seen have a champagne interior, which I'm not so keen on. Good luck !

''Dumping'' !!!! SHOCK; HORROR;GASP I'm looking to move it on for a car that still offers the fun factor but enables me to do more longer distance travelling - my work commitments are such that I can end up spending 5/6 hours a day in a car at times.... that's it!

Everything is done on it, immaculate wheels, 4 spanking tyres with bobbly bits on (Yokohama tyres all new), massive service done 3/4 weeks ago, plugs, filters, belt, chain tensioners, oil all by Lotus Specialist and full dealer/specialist history with only 42,000 miles on the clock. Full Lotus ECU remap and stage 2 exhaust to 200bhp. 0-60 4.7 as standard, top speed 145mph, and handles beautifully.....

sounds reasonable - none of the colour choices appear horrid...at least none I've seen as yet!

But seems pretty popular on here so you wouldn't have a problem selling it on

In my humble view I would hazard a guess its one of those colours that doesnt sound overly exciting on paper but in the flesh looks very nice.... and unless you've seen one before you buy I'm guessing it's not going to be the first choice to request?

Buying as an older car i think for resale colour is less important, it's just a personal choice.
I can honestly say I've seen stunning Z4Ms on here in every colour that's made. Service history, reasonable miles, decent spec, 'looked after' condition and few owners would be on my tick list before colour.

It's a coupe so it looks great but would look even better in another colour. (especially silver or white )

Ye seen it in real life too in good light. And although looks better than it does in the pics its pretty much brown in most light in the UK as the weather is pretty dull most of the time although it does look better in nice sunlight.

But still. Why you would want this on a sports car completely defies me. Again sales tell everything, its an exciting car the colour is not! Just because something is rare it doesn't mean its nice. Exactly the same with phoenix.

Obviously my opinion, and dont mean to offend anyone.
