colour black

Hi, considering changing to a newer model next year, wife likes black as a new colour but I notice there are two BMW blacks, what are the differences?
Also presently have heated sports seats which were hard to source when we bought our present 3.0SE, how are the seats on the facelift model?

Had heated seats in my 06 E85 2.5si, have them in my E89 and all I can say is that they kept my bum/back toasty warm on clear winter days. If you have leather seats they are important, if you have a roadster with leather seats they are absolutely essential.
 
Facelift is still E85, so the blacks that srhutch mentioned are still valid.
