Cold start noise...alternator?

Going in Monday for oil cooler and housing gaskets but now noticed a noise on cold start. Sounds like its coming from alternator area and goes when warmed up after a couple of minutes. Feels like the alternator has a slight vibration too.
Any ideas anyone?

Take the belt off and spin the alternator and the idler pullies to see which one has a rough or noisy bearing.
