Coilovers or shocks?

Im thinking of change my M shocks...

But not sure what is the right thing could be mount. Some people talked with me about Bilstein B8 + with my M springs is a very good choice, and another people recommends Spax coilovers or BC Racing. What do you think?
 
B12s. I got mine brand new (b8 dampers and Eibach springs comprisethe b12 kit) for £540 :) bloody good setup imo, though I've only had it a few days! It's only very slightly firmer than the Msport setup but much better damped. The body control is also excellent.

What is the height difference between M springs and Eibach springs? Thanks!
