Hi all.... been thinking of going down the coilover route and was looking at BC coilovers, anyone on here already on coilovers and happy with them? or the other idea would be bilstein B8 sprint shocks and H&R springs. I need a few pics to serve as inspiration i think or some advice.... i've heard the rears are difficult to fit on the roadsters?. any help massively appreciated...

Depending on your budget i recommend KW V2s, i was little worried when i brought mine as it was a little costly but it has been one of my best mods. Ride is superb compared to my previous H&Rs, still very firm but with out the crashy ride.

Fitting is not that hard, rear shelf in the roadster little fiddly but thees not that much to it. I had to cut some holes in the brackets which hold the shelf so I can still gain access if i want to make any adjustments.

I've been looking at D2's

Seem good from what I've read and a good price too. Wonder how they fair up after a couple years though.

Look into BC. Seems to be more users happier with them than D2/KSport

I used to have spax rsx on my e46 great ride for the two years they were on.
Looking into BC now for my Z.
Heard nothing but good things

I've got the BC coilovers, done about 5000 miles on them now and no problems at all, very happy with them!

Also, regarding this comment, the rear dampening adjustment on the BC's is done from in the wheel arch, so no difficulty adjusting it

iv got gaz coilovers on mine at the moment... actually was a previous owner on heres set.

theyl be up for sale within id say 3 weeks at most... time for my air bags to be sent from the US.

havent tried the other set ups but found the zed to be still suprising comfy with them on. and i did a 900 mile trip within 3 weeks of putting them on last year
