Does anyone not too far away from Staffordshire know how to do coding on an e85. My in law is wanting to do a couple of mods to his zed as he'd like it to auto lock once up to a certain speed and also get one touch on the passenger side window.

He's has bought the lead etc but is a bit hesitant to jump in

Thanks

seen a couple of these posts pop up and people are usually happy to help providing there local... dont suppose anybody in the Norwich/Norfolk area is able to do some coding for me? worth a shot :)

hope u get somebody to help u aswell Zoomer

Is one touch not standard? Lock on drive off is in SSS which is very easy to use (just radio buttons). Get him to have a go on that - you can't break anything. If he want's a specific speed that's a proper coding job (but also not hard) which is best left to someone who has done it before.

Thanks Scoobssteve, can you elaborate a little more or at least point me in the right direction. Radio is a sat nav unit if you need to know. Will also Google this

Well after starting all of the apps that came with my OBD cable it appears that one called Progman is actually SSS. So will try to connect to Zed tomorrow .

That's the one - it's just radio buttons on the software, i.e. you select from options available - really easy, just like using a webpage. You can play around with it without worrying about bricking anything. I think there's a list of options on here somewhere.
