This is my understanding, may not be 100% accurate
The (key) and (car) indications are where the setting is stored.
Key Specific Set of Heat, AC, Vent (Car)
Whether the last used temp, fan, and vent settings are stored on individual keys or not. Settings are restored when key is used to start car.
Fan Correction (Key)
Allows for slightly higher fan output for better cooling, but noisy. If cooling is not an issue, the quieter lower setting may be preferable, giving finer control of the speed at each step of the knob.
Flaps Setpoint Correction (Key)
Some fresh air is allowed in even in recirc mode, this fine tunes this volume.
A/C Operation On With Ignition (Key)
Allows the fan to run after shutting off the engine, allowing some cooling to continue to occur, at least until the evaporator becomes heat soaked.
Closed Footwell Flap (Key)
Closes the footwell flap in cooling mode. If you often wear sandals or open toed shoes, keeps your toes from turning blue.
Recirculated Air Memory (Car)
Whether the recirc setting is stored on the key along with the temp, fan and flap settings

Doesn't work with the temperature though like on some models as we have a dial which is in a fixed position.
