Coding - Bristol/Bath area

Anybody know a good person who can code in my retrofit cruise control please?
I followed all the steps given by @anubiszed in his youtube video right up to the coding point.
I took it to my local garage who are brilliant at most things but they could not get it to work.
They did reset the steering angle and ESP errors that had appeared but no luck with the cruise.

I am in the Bristol area if anyone can help.

Try Autowerks in Swindon, they are pretty good and a few guys with M cars use then for servicing etc.

Thank you Dave for the kind offer. As much as I love a road trip in my amazing Z4, Bath to Lincolnshire is probably a bit OTT
But, never say never, so if I don't get anywhere down here then I am sure it could be arranged......

This is the issue with retrofitting, not many do it enough to have the experience to offer it out. I limit myself to only doing stuff for others where I've done it before. I'm quite happy to do cruise control as I've done over 500 now, and I've had customers from as far as Belgium, France, Scotland etc because nobody wants to do it. Most places will have a device like Autel for coding and fault checking, but although they are good not all of them can code cruise successfully. And that's were software like INPA, NCSExpert and the rest of the BMW Tools package comes in.

If the OP does find a coder in the south west I would also like to know as I too have a cruise retrofit to do and like the OP a road trip to lincs is a long way….. but may one day be necessary! We are still lucky though that we have people on this forum who can help us out
