Codes 2882 & 2883

I have got a misfire on cylinders 4 & 5 it's only an amber warning light. I changed the spark plugs less than 1k miles ago and I also swapped the ignition coils around to see if the misfiring cylinder would change but the same cylinder is still misfiring. I have also got the following fault codes that claim to be linked according to Carly:
000020 - Instrument Cluster - Ignition (KL.15) on but ignition (KL.R) off / Air bag
0000DA - Auxiliary Heating - Vorkatsonde 1 signal swing / CDKCHDEV - CAN timeout HDEV / Signal KVA2 / CAN module warning level reached / FS backrest head: blocking front / Internal index 233
00A468 - Central Info Display - Cable break to MASK or NAVI
00E5C7 - Central Info Display - Communication: IBUS transmit error

I am going away in the car in the next few days for a while & I'm very busy for the rest of the week so I don't have much time to research into it or to fix it. Any suggestions as to what it could be & if I'd be fine to carry on driving with the fault codes on.

I believe the warning light comes on after long-ish motorway use as it popped up a couple of months ago when I changed the spark plugs & thought I had sorted the issue. I don't ever recall noticing the car misfiring however twice the car has kangarooed when in first gear but the warning light hasn't come up when it happened

Those codes are not linked in my opinion

If the coils are ok then I’d be looking at the sparks as the root cause- what’s the spark gap like? Worth looking at if it’s too wide

I'd swap the plugs in 4&5 into another cylinder to rule them out too.

I will try if I get any time but doubt it as it was the same cylinders that were misfiring before I changed the spark plugs. The chances of exactly the same cylinders misfiring after spark plug change are very slim if it was down to the gap.
I might be stupid but the ones that I got weren't adjustable as they were double-tipped either that or there's a different way to adjust them???

Have you done a compression test? Had a similar scenario recently with my daughters audi A1. Misfiring on cylinder 1. Swapped coils, plugs to no avail. Compression test showed 75psi on cylinder 1 and 150 psi on the rest. Head off and renewed all the valves, timing chain, guides and cylinder 1 injector. Was still a bit lumpy on idle so it's going back in today for a new piston in cylinder 1 as the audi specialist says the only other thing it can be now is the second ring on the piston has seized.

Just a thought:
Is it definately the same cylinders misfiring after you change the coil and plug positions? This sounds like a plug/coil issue. I had the same issue and it brought up no codes at all. I replaced all coils and plugs and issue went away. Other than that I would agree that a compression test is the wat to go.

I'm able to see what ones are misfiring and they are the same ones that were misfiring before I replaced the spark plugs & swapped the coils around. I haven't been able to get anything sorted yet so I'll have to have a proper look at it once I'm back. I'm praying that it'll be fine when I'm away as I'm relying on it

Have to add

Every poor performance or misfire I’ve had the root cause has been coils

Update: I cleared the error codes before setting off but after about 40 miles it came back, however, I think that Carly was showing me past reports about the misfire of the cylinders. After double-checking & running a new health scan it returned the codes 2882 & 2883. Usually, it is caused by a tear in the Air Intake Manifold Boot but I have replaced mine a couple of months ago. I have double-checked that it is still properly attached & appears to be however, I couldn't get a proper look as it got too dark. I have tried to have a look online at what it could be but nothing other than the Air Intake Manifold Boot seems to be the answer. Could it be that a sensor is gone or is it likely another part has perished?
