Hi , does anyone know of a good cockpit cover to help protect interior against the sun, save keep on putting up the roof, have seen a few on USA sites , a pal has a great one on his MG, but they dont make for other models, any ideas ....

Can't help with the cover - but do note that you may not be insured if you leave the car with the roof down and a theft occurs (of the car, not just something from inside it). Insurers are known to use any excuse to wriggle out of a claim.

Tonneau cover you see them on a lot of classic cars

I use to have one on my old spitfire many years ago, but it was a pain to put it on, but then again the roof was even more of a pain a it was completely manual, unlike new roadsters.

Not seen any for the z, but i would take a guess it is easier to put the roof up than mess around clipping a cover on, but it would look good.

It would be good to see some pics, if you do get one.

Can't help but think that it takes much less time just to put the roof up than to fit one of these, not sure of the point these days with electric roof mechanisms.

That thing looks absolutely ridiculous....and like you rightly say....whats the point when the roof goes up in about 10 secs!!! I bet that 'tent' takes longer to put up than that!
