Clutch replacement question

2003 2.5 (175K miles) in need of clutch replacement. My local Indy recommended that I replace the clutch, flywheel, rear main seal, and Transmission oil all at once. Should I replace with stock OEM BMW parts or do any of you recommend a better (possibly cheaper) brand? TIA

The flywheel is likely to be the bulk of the cost, but stock/OEM parts should be significantly less than paying the dealer for Genuine BMW parts.

I think the e85 just uses a LUK clutch kit and LUK/Valeo/Sachs DMF.

BMW prices would be around £300 for the clutch kit and £900 for the DMF...but you can get them both (same manufacturer) for about half of that online, for example (and on the first page of links I came to):
