Clutch problem ?????

hi,

when i release the clutch pedal (normal drive), i notice that the clutch releases and then goes back again and then finaly release (like a spring too hard) and i have (shame), the passager thinks that i don't now how to drive

If i release the clutch slow (more time to release the pedal, that the "normal" time) i have a smoth go

i notice more in 1º and 2º gear.

is this normal our i have a problem ?
