Cluster Color Change

Not sure if anyone has asked this before but does anyone know how to change the color of our clusters?
I know that the orange is the easiest on the eyes but I drive my boyfriends Jetta all the time & the color doesn't bother me.

Of course I would want to change the cluster, door controls, A/C etc.
Does anyone know of a DIY for our cars? Or know someone in the US that I can ship it to with a fast turnaround time?

I know this look isn't for everyone but I like it so anyone with helpful info will be greatly appreciated.

I know it's not the light colour change but might be a option
 
I looked into this on my old car, its easy to do. any one capable of soldiering should be able to do it for you, in end i just changed the background colour.

The main reason for this is, i wouldnt be happy knowing the dials where white/blue but things like switch`s, radio, and other bits in car would still be orange
