Clunk Type Noise When Turning

I sometimes get a little 'clunk' type noise, which seems to come from the front passenger wheel area (or there abouts).

It happens only when i first set off and doing a big-ish turn, but not always. It's just one clunk noise and that's it. It doesn't happen again.

I'm not sure what's causing it but it's definetly related to the car being 'cold' as it only happens when I first drive off.

Any ideas people? Should I be worried?

I have the same "problem".

- Engine hot or cold, but at the first set off after starting the engine.
- Not always
- When the wheels are in a turned-position.
- I also think it happens when there's a difference in height at the set off.

My drive is quite steep, but it's also happened when the road is straight-ish.
