Last week I traveled to West Virginia for a regional ZSCCA driving event. There were 27 Zeds and over 50 individuals for this 3 day event and over 750 miles of driving in the mountains of West Virginia. It was the best event that I have ever attended and I attend a lot of events. We divided into 3 groups, spirited, fast touring and touring. What makes this annual event so good is that is it well planned and the roads in West Virginia are first rate. No pot holes and smooth as glass. I did not get that many pictures myself so the pictures in the link below are mostly pictures that other have sent to me. The last picture is a composite which I did and if you click on the picture you will get the full size version. I was running my video camera and something failed and therefor I did not get any video and I am looking for a new video camera.

Nice pictures! I love those prices on the BMW menu.
One individual had the grilled chicken salad with house dressing.
The house dressing was Kraft Ranch in the Kraft bottle...

WLH - spirited group :driving:

Great pics... Love 'nagagators' and 'floridiot' - learned some new and useful words :D

'Floridiot'
Thanks for sharing Bill. Did I spot a MR with rear boot/trunk rack?

Thanks for all the nice comments...

Nagagator is the often used term for the passenger in Zed groups on this side of the pond. Floridiot I had never heard before but was used by the individual that posted the picture of the individual in shorts from Florida when the temperatures that morning were just above freezing.

Yes you did on the red E-85 M/// roadster.

Uh WLH - did I spot you driving with the roof closed?????

Beautiful looking roads and scenery, bit like our German trips.

Well....Ahhh....yes
My left hand went numb from the cold (Right at freezing) and I did not have gloves with me so I had to put the top up for about 30 minute until the the temperatures came up a few degrees... Very Embarrassing because I was not cold but with my left hand and finger so numb it became a safety concern.

And the Floridiot was still wearing shorts then?

Great pics, whats are the items on the front grill of the imola red M?
Various grill badges. I know one of them is the new ZSCCA badge...
ZSCCA_GoBadges.jpg

I believe that individual still has the old ZSCCA badge as well and likely a BMWCCA badge.
I'm not sure about the other or 4th badge.
